Asia Digital Holdings Plc was founded in 1999 as the Deal Group, an online performance-
based marketing company operating in the UK and parts of Europe. In October 2003 the Deal Group was acquired by AIM Listed search engine marketing specialist IBNet plc in a reverse takeover forming Deal Group Media plc.
With the UK market showing increasing competition, the Group took the decision in December 2007 to accept an offer of a management buy-out of the UK business by selling 51% of the UK business. This enabled the Group to focus on the fast growing Asia Pacific Region where the majority of its focus now lies. In June/July 2009, the Group changed its name to Asia Digital Holdings Plc to reflect the geographical focus of the business.
In 2010 the Group completed the sale of its Australian DGM subsidiary to focus the business on China, which is seen as a key driver for future growth for the Group.
Asia Digital Holdings operates across China, South East Asia and India.
